Mr. Daehling is an executive within IBM’s Smarter Workforce practice. This includes IBM’s software, behavioral sciences, and analytics solutions to improve workforce performance. Duke is responsible for the growth of Europe, Middle East, and Africa as well as supporting our clients to deliver improved business outcomes. In this role, Duke leads teams in EMEA to consult with Chief Human Resource officers and members of the CXO. Specifically, we organize high impact executive discussions to understand your key business objectives, critical metrics, and challenges. Duke also serves as an executive sponsor to a number of strategic client partnerships.
Prior to this role, Duke served as the Managing Director of EMEA for Kenexa’s Workforce Sciences practice. Duke was accountable for all services, consulting, business development and client relevance related to solutions rooted in the behavioral sciences such as employee engagement research, leadership development, and assessment tools and consulting. This oversight included more than 500 customers.
Duke joined IBM through the acquisition of Kenexa, where he was a Partner and took on various roles since 2000. During his tenure with Kenexa, Duke worked across multiple lines of business and supported an array of solutions across the human capital management spectrum designed to help clients hire the very best people and maximize employee performance.
